Mr. Kim began his career with PwC (Seoul) in 2003 and took a tour to PwC (New York) from 2010 to 2012. He was responsible for projects involving strategy development, tax compliance, tax law research, recommendation for tax planning opportunities, and financial resource planning to assist multinational clients in anticipating and adapting to changing tax and regulatory requirements and shifts in the economic environment. Also, he was in charge of overseeing cross-border transaction advisory and various tax advisory services involving Korean based multinational companies considering offshore investments. His professional area includes tax structuring, tax due diligence, M&A deals and greenfield investments, double tax treaty planning, and tax audit defense. 

He also worked as a head of business planning for S.M. Entertainment, a global leading K-Pop production. He led the business planning, financial strategy, capital strategy, performance and risk management.

Mr. Ban began his career with Lafarge (Paris) in 2001 and conducted assignments in different continents including two expatriations in the USA (Washington D.C.) and in Thailand (Bangkok) from 2008 to 2010. His expertise covers cost analysis, management reporting and internal control/audit for risk management and performance improvement. As a strategy manager, he was responsible for strategic review, business plan, investment projects (Greenfield or Brownfield investments, M&A deals, divestments) and competition watch.

He worked as a head of commercial performance and strategy for Etex (Brussels). He animated commercial performance of European subsidiaries through KPI review and was in charge of corporate strategy. Also, as Chief Operating Officer of a Korean leading tax refund company (Global Tax Free), he defined market entry strategy and executed growth plan in Europe. Since 2015 he is a freelance consultant providing start-ups, SME and established corporations with consulting services on investment and growth strategy (market research, feasibility study, valuation, project management, partnership development, fundraising, trading).

Ms. Kwon has more than 20 years of experience in global high tech companies' strategy, finance and operations with enriched cultural exposure over a multiple Asian countries including Singapore, China and Korea. She possesses a solid background in finance with her master's degree in finance and various senior finance leadership roles including Ericsson (Singapore) and Verifone (APJ). She has an expertise in regional and local strategic planning and delivered a strategic leadership role in Lucent Technologies (APAC), Samsung Electronics (South East Asia) and recently in Amazon Web Services (Korea). She is capable of providing a sharp analysis and advices to organization's end-to-end groups in overall functions including Sales, Operations, Finance, HR etc.
